  • The location is great and it used to be a great studio but has tanked in the last couple of months! All of the good therapists have left and the new owner and manager are TERRIBLE! The worst part of this experience was that I was charged 3 times for 1 visit and met someone in the lobby (while waiting for someone to help me) that was signed up for a "Wellness Plan" without her knowledge! Then when I thought it couldn't get any worse the girl at the front desk told us that it was by the direction of the owner and new manager and that her last manager was fired for not going along with his shady practices! They take your credit card number "to hold the appointment" then they charge you until you notice!! Everyone I have talked to about this say they have heard about this place. Boy I wish I had. They didn't even cover my overdraft charges. HIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Also, the Arrowhead location is just as bad and the staff is rude! If you are going to ruin a perfectly good studio then atleast let us know where our regular therapists have gone!! Joe, Nathaniel, Wendy, Bethanie, Jana, Mackenzie??? Unacceptable!
