| - This is the absolute worst "property management" company I've ever dealt with.
I was given the lock box code to enter my new condo rental located at 1512 Bass, Unit D on Monday, June 13, 2016. When I entered and turned on the A/C warm air blew out, no water in kitchen sink, the G/D bolts were grinding and cabinet below was black fuzz from the leaking G/D. The frig was only marginally cooled and there was no water in the guest bath shower. The place was not cleaned nor carpet cleaned. I text Ron at 1:33 then again at 3:26. He text me back, "Okay, I'm working on it." The next day when I stopped there the G/D had been removed.....well there's a professional fix, nothing else handled. Text Ron Wednesday he text me and said he was out of town and that he does not handle maintenance for the property! I haven't even moved in yet, these things should have been handled prior to...are you joking,He rented me an uninhabitable unit. I asked him to return all of my $. If this is how I'm treated at move in...look out!
Val called on Friday and asked if maintenance could go in on Monday. Finally. Went to apt. on Monday, the lock box was taken off so I was locked out. Went to their office and Ron was too scared or embarrassed to face me so he sent out Nathan. I told him I want my $ back because place was uninhabitable no A/C, no water, frig not working (see mold report from "Rip Off Report") and that if they treated me like this at move in it would only get worse and I don't want to pay for a neglected property. He told me won't give me back my $. I will now write to Channel 13, Division of Real Estate and Zillow and the owner. CHECK OUT YELP. Don't rent from these scammers!
