  • Tried out this place due to good reviews and it was close to my rotation this month. This was my second time using their services. Today I took my coat out of its plastic wrap, wore it all of 2 minutes before someone pointed out this very apparent discoloration on the back/side part of the collar. Very frustrating because it looks like greenish dirt of some sort and I know for a fact that was not there when I dropped it off. It makes it seem like I am sloppy and unprofessional with this dirty mark on my coat. The staff there seems friendly so it makes me hesitant to give a bad review but this is just unacceptable. Very disappointed.
