  • I cannot say enough good things about Dr Steven Hoer. After several months going to a different medical group where, despite multiple MRIs, x-rays and Cortizone shots, zero progress was achieved with my frozen shoulder, he needed just one x-ray and 10 minutes to listen patiently to my history in order to come up with an accurate diagnosis. He found the perfect location for the Cortizone shot, resulting in an immediate improvement in movement and massive reduction in what had been excruciating bursts of pain. Just three days later, I am virtually pain free and approximately 80% of shoulder movement has been restored, even before beginning the prescribed physiotherapy. I would also compliment his assistant, Sandi, who does not merely book appointments but also listens to the patient's problem, rather than just leave everything for the doctor, and provided helpful suggestions. Highest possible recommendation and I feel so fortunate I was referred to him.
