  • the brush of my dyson, purchased in Feb, 2016, less than a year old wouldn't turn. called dyson and he was super nice and prompt, and booked a service here at elite vacuum plus. took it over here and next day, done! the young gentleman here is knowledgeable, nice and professional. he says i can take it here anytime for maintenance and repair anytime without the hassle calling dyson since i am in the system. this is the customer service that i am talking about. hard to find anywhere nowadays. now, i am loyal to dyson and i will always come to elite vacuum plus.
