Roselle is a pinterest perfect bakery. Under a year old, Roselle is already building a name for itself. Although on the less economical side, it is well worth every penny.
Earl Grey with toppings ($5 + $.50 for toppings) at Roselle soft serve was exquisite. Although the texture of the ice cream is not as smooth as other soft serve, the various elements in the ice cream more than made up for it. The acidity from the lemon curd is a welcoming component to balance the sweetness of the ice cream. The heart shaped tea-flavoured biscuit and cookies and cream dots were not only whimsical, they also added crunchy texture to it.
I loved the salted caramel coffee cookie. Again, Roselle balanced the texture and the flavour of the cookie very well. I am impressed by the concept and the execution. Soft chewy cookie with salty and sweet centre, and hint of acidity from the coffee.
I am in adult cookie + ice cream heaven.
