  • I was given a groupon so I went. I went there with no appointment (I called ahead), and was the only one there. The lady that did my mani/pedi was very nice but I don't think she's a licensed manicurist. I could tell she lacked experience. My cuticles weren't done, I was there almost 2 hours, I didn't even get my nails poished, I was just ready to leave. Worst mani/pedi I've ever experienced, unfortunately.
