| - First off. There was customers in line and some waiting on food. It took the 10 to 15 minutes to get to the one customer at the register. They seemed way more focused on drive thru then dining. Then all the employees that walk up front looked at the customers and didn't acknowledge with a greeting or apologize for the wait. Second. Once it was my turn the cashier got a little attitude when I responded ya to what it said. I assumed he was mentioning what was in the Happy Meal for my daughter, but apparently is was providing me with the options. That's fine and all but speak a little louder and without the attitude. Then when I was trying to lessen the amount of pennies he was giving me in change, he had another attitude and said he can't do that and it would mess him up. I have several years dealing with cash, I know how to handle money and definitely won't mess up money differences. And I have even more in customer service, which was a lack, not to mention the manager or supervisor barking orders on what's needed in the back. Maybe that's why there was a lack of customer service in front. They were probably feared her coming at them.
And to make matters worse, they messed up my daughters burger, I specifically ask just only meat and cheese, if she would of bit that before I seen it, she wouldn't of eaten. There was a different supervisor that came up front and she almost ignored that I was standing there until I said something. She replaced my burger and apologized for the mess up. But, damage was done and stuck with a horrible impression. Hopefully it changes, but I won't be back for a while. Sucks tho, my daughter really enjoyed the play area.
