  • They're the worst law firm I've ever been to. I should've pulled my case from them the first mistake they made and switched to a different lawyer, but decided to stick with them. First mistake: They decided to put my case on hold because I was still making payments. That was fine and understandable, but they decide not to work on my case EVEN AFTER I MADE PAYMENTS. I had to call them multiple times. There's no such thing as communication with this firm. You have to keep calling and calling and calling and I've stopped by multiple times just to know what's going on with my case. 2nd Mistake: So after a million calls, I finally got them to file my case. I didn't hear from them for more than a month, and then received a letter from them saying they're going to drop my case soon if I don't go see them in their office because they said that they've been trying to call me and I haven't answered. I never received any call from them. 3rd mistake: Court hearing day arrived. My lawyer showed up not knowing anything about my case. I'm thinking it's probably because of the fact that I had an appointment with them prior to my court date and all they did while I was with them was bash other lawyers and claiming that they're better than them. 30mins before my court hearing, my lawyer started looking up on my case on his phone, because apparently he didn't read through my files and had no idea what I was talking about. Talk about unprofessional. 4th mistake: After my court hearing, my lawyer told me to wait two weeks for the order from the judge that they're going to file, stating what was agreed upon during the hearing. TWO MONTHS passed by and I haven't heard anything from them. Called multiple times and got no answer from them. Apparently, they FORGOT TO FILE my case with the court and that's why I haven't heard from them or the court. TWO MONTHS. Multiple calls and visit. Also, I HAVE TO ASK the paralegal to send me a copy of my order through email and through regular mail. I had to wait TWO WEEKS for that, and the paralegal basically called me a liar because she said that she sent me an email with a copy, and that she mailed it to my address as well. NO SUCH THING. I had to call about ten times just to get them to email me a copy of my order because the DA office needs it. Please don't get fooled by their big billboards and stay away from them. Don't waste your time and money on them, they're not worth it. Btw, my case was with Family.
