Seems more often then not, I always have to complain when they claim by car is ready. And its always the interior! They dont vacuum very well, and they dont wipe down the inside well at all. I have a toddler. If I ask you to clean the inside that means clean up the visible mess my toddler has created. The laziness of their staff is astounding! And when I do say something, they are always tell me its not included with the service that I paid for. Well, holy hell! If I told the person at drop off exactly what I wanted, and they didnt bother to give me the correctly marked ticket, it becomes a training issue, not a me issue. Dont argue with your customers. If I asked you to do something the first time, write it up right and charge me what I should be charged. If I want something done, I will pay for it, because I obviously dont want to do it myself.
