Ru San's has been on my "must try" list for ages, but having a husband that doesn't eat sushi doesn't bode well for me sometimes. Thankfully, our friends decided to have their birthday dinner there, so my husband was forced to buck it up and take one for the team and I'm so glad he did! The sushi was a fresh, unique, and delicious as I've been told. We had several rolls for the table to share and each one was better than the last. My husband had a noodle dish and was very pleased as well. We had a few specialty cocktails, too. We loved it all, from beginning to end!
