  • Simply put, Dr. Katie is wonderful. She has an angelic, calm demeanor and couldn't be more professional from that horrendous first phone call we had no choice but to make, to the moment we had to say goodbye to our little guy, Auden. Our family is quite devastated by this loss but calling Dr. Katie and Journeys Home to come to our house and shepherd him to the next chapter surrounded by love and compassion was the best possible end to a life we really, really didn't want to give up but were given no choice. Our three other dogs were witness to his passing and judging by the way they laid down next to him to pay respect and say goodbye, well, this awful situation could not have gone better. Dr. Katie has landed in life exactly where she should be. Thank you for easing our searing pain.
