Update to my review: almost nothing changes. This is now my 3rd (and now final visit to Jim Marsh Kia) and I can't say I'll miss this place. The first visit I drove away in a brand new 2016 Kia Optima, so that went wonderful. The second time I sat in their waiting room for over 2 hours for a simple oil change (no tire rotate, no extra services), and that went horribly. Now, I went for the 3rd time to get my oil changed again (again, no tire rotate or other services) and that went about as well as I was expecting: about the same as last time. Sure, my oil change got done in 30 minutes this time, but that's the only positive to take away from this. I was offered a complimentary oil change (which is the only reason I even went back here), I called the dealer ahead of time to confirm if it was true and to schedule an appointment. The service manager confirmed it and so too did the service advisor. Imagine my surprise when I got up to the counter and they charged me $35 for my oil change that was supposed to be complimentary. I didn't even bother questioning it right then and there because I just wanted to get away from that crooked place as soon as I can. Besides that, I'm not a very confrontational person. Now I see exactly why there is a labor dispute outside of the dealer. Don't bring your car here unless you like getting lied to or like your vehicle being handled by swindlers and crooks. For all I care, they can keep their $35 from me; it's probably the only honest penny they've ever earned. I would much rather drive the 20 minutes it takes me to get to Findlay Kia then drive the less then 5 minutes from my house to this den of wolves.
