| - I ended up going to this place a couple more times after my first review because I liked my doctor (Amezcua), and she knew my situation of having issues with fertility. Instead of starting over, I decided to give it a few more chances. They finally had more seats for everyone and even put chairs in the hallway, but the room would still be packed with people standing, including women in their 3rd trimester. The wait time did not improve at all, and I would spend a minimum of 1 hour in the waiting room. I had another appointment scheduled for March 10, but needed to reschedule. I called the office on a Monday after 2pm and was caller #9. When the elevator music finally turned off after 16 minutes of waiting, I was directed to another menu instead of someone at the front desk. I pressed the number and was given an automated message stating that if I needed to reschedule, I would have to call during business hours (which it was). I called back, was caller #8, and another 16 minutes later, the same exact thing! I called a total of 4 times and kept having the same issue. The next day, I called to cancel my appointment because I'm fed up with dealing with this place. It took 14 minutes for me to get to an operator. Although there may be reviews of how great the doctors are, the system they have going is absolutely ridiculous. No structure what so over. It seems the place is constantly overbooked, and I even find myself having to try to find the exit through the maze of hallways once I'm done; just imagine how horrible it would be if there were to be an emergency evacuation. I will no longer be returning to this place and will be finding a new Gyno.
