rev:text	so we came here on a Thursday morning and were able to sit right down which was nice compared to the upwards of two hour wait on our first attempt to come here. Like many we saw the restaurant on TV and thought we check it out given the hype. The menu is pretty limited and it was more than a little loud on the inside but overall kind of your typical hipster downtown location for anything in America. Instead of your normal diner fair which is kind of what we were expecting there was a lot of nicer styles of foods with definitely a direction towards local and organically grown which is a nice refreshing change. Service was OK as they were definitely moving people in and out. Ordered the salami scramble and home fries and it was on point. My wife ordered the waffle which was decent. Had iced tea because that was the most appealing on the menu for a beverage and we got one refill in spite of servers walking by repeatedly most notably one particular blonde female that just kept walking and staring at my empty glass. Overall the staff seem to be pleasant but seem to want to move bodies in and out rather than provide customer service. Our server for example took our order and that was the last we saw them until it was time for the check. The food is great and that's the reason why it is scoring as high as it is (wanted to go with a 2). Service was timely but impersonal. Clearly they have changed the menu from when they were on television which is neither good nor bad as again the food was great (at least mine was). I don't see coming back again anytime soon but I will say that I highly recommend the salami scramble with home fries.
