  • I was a prospective tenant and need answers to simple leasing questions. You call all day, email and text and do not get a response. I called the call center and the provided me with the leasing agent, Jan Torres. Jan does not respond to text messages, I left numerous of emails and phone messages for her and she NEVER responded. This is my sign to let this horrible company go as all the others have said this is a horrible company. I believe ya!
