  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Very unprofessional and lazy techs. Made us wait 1.5 days and then refuses to fix the repair cuz it was too big of a repair. Called their office and the tech was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me. It is 100 degrees out and because the tech is lazy, our family with an infant has to wait another day for a capable and willing AC company to come out. To bad the owner doesn't care and allows his techs to handle customer service and not care about valley families. Trust me you do not want this company Make sure u check out all the reviews and over look the fake 5 stars. You can see how unprofessional they have been and they aren't going to get away with it this time. Absolutely the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a vendor. This is not the last review I will be submitting on this horrible company.
