  • Awesome Farmers Market!! Has everything from desserts to fruits and veggies to flowers. All the vendors are great. It's fantastic to buy fresh local and in some cases organic produce! It's very affordable and I never walk away empty handed. It lines the outside of the capitol square and is full of hustle and bustle. I recommend going earlier in the morning when it first opens if you don't like crowds, it gets busier towards the later hours (10-2) and can get really bad depending on the day and the weather. Some of my favorite things to pick up are sweet corn, a fresh loaf of bread and some pretty sunflowers. Quick tip: bring a large bag to carry around with you and throw all your purchases in!
