  • It has taken me tooooo long to come here. That may be a good thing because now I am hooked. Having been told early on that it is their soda fountain that shines and the food is just *meh*, I have only ever tried their ice cream and sodas. Currently I am hooked on their floats and ice cream sodas. So many soda flavors to choose from and a list of favorite flavor combos, it can be the nightmare of someone as indecisive as myself. To date I really have only had their "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" ice cream soda which is butterscotch soda with pecan praline ice cream. Honestly the quality pecan praline ice cream makes this drink, with generous ribbons of caramel and toasted candied pecans mixed into creamy vanilla ice cream (thank you Thrifty!). Mix all that goodness with the butterscotch soda and YUMMM!! I went back to try it with butterbeer flavor and didn't find it much different but still as tasty. Having asked a few servers what their favorites were I now look forward to trying the "James Dean " and a "Chocolate Egg Cream"....
