  • Auto Zone is notorious for lousy service, but this place takes it to a new low. I went in for some new wiper blades as its now monsoon season down here and the ones on my Jeep now are falling apart. I knew what I wanted and it took me about a minute to locate them. As I approached the queue for the register, I noticed a couple employees talking down one of the supply isles behind the register. One person was being assisted by a team member so I waited my turn. The gentleman in front of me had some difficulties so I continued to wait, about 8 minutes. During that time the 2 team members down the isle noticed me waiting but continued to talk. A female employee came up to the counter so I thought I was saved. She looked me, opened to retrieve something from the till and walked away. At this point I set the wipers down and walked out, headed for O'Reilly's. I may be a little impatient, but to me this was unacceptable. I was raised where customer service is the top proiority. I recommend any other place.
