I ordered a white button up uniform top for nursing school with the scrunch on the back. 16 DAYS LATER (super late by the way), they told me it was finally ready and when I came to pick it up, they told me the style I ordered is back-ordered so they decided to embroider a different style for me... umm excuse me? Why didn't you inform me that the style I wanted was back-ordered? Why are you making the decision for me when I paid for it with MY money?! I would've cancelled my order if I knew the style I wanted wasn't going to be available even two weeks after placing the order.
