  • Horrible, horrible,horrible, bought an expensive couch about a year ago and I added the extra warranty because they told me covered any rips, and if I didn't use it I'll get the money back , well i made a claim for 2 rips on the sofa and they won't fix it , and it also happens that I won't get the money back from the warranty cause I made a claim and got denied, so they are pocketing my money, I'll never buy anything from this company .
