  • I had been interested in doing co2 Laser for the longest time. Although I was very scared as I had heard horror stories etc., however, like most people I did a lot of research. Early 2017 I decided to have this procedure done by a well known Dr here in Las Vegas. He came highly recommended. Sadly, the co2 Laser treatment I had was non ablative & I wanted ablative co2 Laser. This I had already discussed with my Dr. Of course the day of my procedure I had no idea I was not receiving the treatment I had discussed & paid for. It was only days/weeks after I realized it was not the treatment I asked for & it cost me $3000. I was furious & extremely disappointed with my results. Knowing how disappointed and sad I was, some friends had mentioned Just Face it Med Spa. I had also seen their social media page etc. & read some clients reviews. This time I was being extra cautious become of my horrible experience last year. Anyhow, after many consultations with other board certified cosmetic surgeons I decided that Just Face it Med Spa was perhaps the best choice for me to have another co2 Laser treatment. I am beyond happy I made this decision. Honestly, Martine & Michelle made me feel so comfortable from our first meeting. They are more than qualified. These ladies are a dynamic duo. I value the fact that they are also great listeners & understood my concerns!! More than just being professionals I love the fact their staffs attitude is exceptional, right down from their receptionists Caroline, aesthetician Alex who I have had & continue to have many treatments from. I can honestly say 100% my skin is nothing other than UhMaZzzZinG. Between Botox & monthly facials my skin/face has never been happier!! I have more confidence now than I ever had. Thank you Martine, Michelle & Alex. I am forever grateful!
