  • My boyfriend and I have lived here for 7 months so far. We LOVE it at The Cork Factory! The management is always helpful and prompt, the building has character and is safe, beautiful, and well maintained. We love having access to the trail in front of the apartment building. Also, the area around the strip district has a lot of restaurants, shops, and neat things to do. The Cork Factory also has a guest suite for out of town guests that you can rent out, storage units across the street in the garage, and a great workout facility. Couldn't be happier here!
