  • Service is aweful. Ran into a manager named Barb at the Dorval and QEW store. She was rude and condescending when I did a return. Never experienced such bad customer service ever. If she doesn't enjoy talking to customers, then why are people like that in retail? And a manager? They need to re-train her for customer service skills.
