Eat is located close to the heart of downtown Las Vegas. We met my cousin here before heading home. She heard they made good breakfast meals here, and she heard right based on what we tried.
I had the pancakes ($9.00). My cousin tried the corn beef hash ($14.00). My wife had the shrimp and grits ($13.00).
Shrimp and Grits looked good, and it tasted even better. ( 4 stars )
Corned Beef Hash came with sour dough toast. Nice combination of food. ( 4 stars )
Pancakes were yummy! On the menu it says Golden-Brown Pancakes. Well, they were golden brown. The maple syrup they provided with the pancakes complemented it very well. The Chicken-Apple sausage on top of the pancakes was delicious!! ( 4.5 stars )
Eat is worth venturing away from the Strip. They make very good food here while providing a clean atmosphere and good service.
