rev:text	Been living here for a year, and not one person I've met here in that time has resigned their lease. They were charging everyone an additional $200 for re-signing a lease, now they are charging $400 to re-sign due to everyone moving out on them. I truly believe that if the management actually cared about to tenants, than people would stay. A resident on the first floor here has been here for years, and are now moving out because they found huge holes in their walls created by rats. There were a couple rats found inside their unit in the walls. Don't just take my word for it, go ahead and yelp this place, I'm sure you'll read the review there. Also, My heater was out for a whole month this winter. My house was getting down to 66-69 degrees at night. From the very first time I put the work order in at the front desk to the third time putting a work order in I was told that my heater not working was not an urgent matter and they would get to it when they can. The heating system on these apartments are from the 70's, it's not the year that makes them old it's their performance level. In the summer time we had the same exact problem besides it was with our AC not cooling my house below 83 degrees. For the pet area it is never maintained, there is always dog waste everywhere, and there are even periods that they go without restocking the fecal bags for the dog area. It takes residents going to the office to complain; and even then nothing gets done until Noelle (the manager) feels like it's convenient for her. I don't mean to come off as a negative Nancy but you should be aware of what you are getting yourself into. Do some research on this place before moving in.
