  • i always thought of "technicians" as two things, rip offs and scammers but Ubreakifix, is the ONLY place proved me wrong. I have every apple gadget there is and my boyfriend is a gamer fanatic. We take our broken electronics to a repair shop at least twice a year and we never visit a shop more than once.i plan to only do business with Ubreakifix in Las Vegas because they are amazing! professional and patient... you are given a receipt so you can check on the status online, anytime. but i called everyday to asked 101 questions and they never made me feel like a bug a boo. friendly and honest... My macbook screen was not cracked, but not working. Ubreakifix gave an option, can you believe that? an option. now mind you, the options was for my connivence. they could've made up some bogus damage word and charge me an arm and a leg. Fast and affordable... they gave me an 3 - 5 business days turnaround timeframe. i got a call its ready within 48 hours. the best part is, AH-FOR-DAH-BOWL...hehe... i didnt need to touch my savings, apply for a small loan or scrape for loose change. overall, 5 gold stars. Ubreakifix is Acca-Awesome!
