I came to this place during my lunch break from a conference. I'm an avid food network binge watcher so my colleague and I decided to give this place a try since it was one of Bobby Flay's restaurants. We started off with the tiger shrimp and garlic corn tamale and holy Buddha was that a winner. The masa in the tamale was so creamy and the corn was so sweet and supple. You could definitely taste the hint of garlic as well. The tiger shrimp were cooked perfectly. I got the hot smoked salmon sandwich with the southwest French fries. The sandwich was the size of the state of Nevada. So huge! It was a pretty tasty sandwich although I think it was a bit much. My colleague got the spicy chicken and sweet potato hash. The poached egg on top definitely sent it to another realm. It was a great brunch item. I'll definitely stop by this place when I come back to to Caesars.
My only gripe doesn't have to do with the food. Being. A safety professional there for a conference pertaining to safety, the floors were ridiculously slippery and I gliding several times. The area by their girl is super greasy so watch your step!
