| - I had a small work meeting at this hotel, which was recommended by my travel planner. I was so glad she recommended this hotel!!!
First, the location and ambiance is fabulous. To be right on Camelback Mountain, literally tucked into the mountainside, is amazing. Its hilly, but a golf cart can get you anywhere. If you are hiker like me, you don't mind the small hills on the property.
The hotel rooms are spectacular. I had a large suite, with an amazing bathroom and tub, a fireplace and two patios with outstanding views, and a large comfortable bed to sleep in. I also only had one neighbor, so it was very quiet. And, a star for Bravo on the TV!! You have to love a hotel that helps me to sustain my Real Housewives addiction.
The rooms have all the nice amenities, such as a fridge, robes, flip flops, and cute little lights by the bed to help you find your way at night.
Service is outstanding throughout the property, from the front desk, to the bell stand, to the gym, housekeeping, and the groundskeepers. All of them are friendly and greet you when you walk by.
Elements did not disappoint either. i had a group dinner here, and ate here multiple times during my stay. It is clear that a highly ranked chef runs this establishment; the menu was fabulous. Gluten free? No problem!
The staff for my meeting was also high end. Our meeting space was eclectic and cozy, with a fireplace and a cool patio for breaks. The service staff was really fabulous and easy to work with. It was so easy to plan a meeting here!!
I also found the spa to be comfortable and an additional sanctuary. I had a massage with Tara, and let me just say, she is AMAZING! I usually get the deep tissue athletic massage, and I walked away feeling like jello. So good!
Our company will definitely be back to have further meetings here, and I also look forward to escaping on personal visits myself.
