I tried booking two days before my trip and the website was down. I was told to contact the customer service to book tour via phone but when I called they told me to wait four hours when the website would be up. Why couldn't I just book the tour via phone??
We got on two different buses and on the first one our guide was trying to be funny but failing miserably.
On the second one, the guide had to say everything in English and French, and therefore admitted that he was not going to be able to give us all of the historical information because it would be too much to translate.
Their map could be simpler and in actual order.
Last but not least, it could be cheaper or they could have longer hours (maybe run until 6pm instead of 4pm).
The one good thing is that the bus was usually on time.
