  • Great options, accommodating, and I had to move my "move-in" date and they were able to accommodate my request with ZERO issues. Their front desk staff (a younger female) was super friendly and positive--it was a genuinely nice experience. No hassling phone calls, and communication through email is FAST, responsive, respectful, and highly professional. I've stored at other facilities before, and this was the best I've experienced so far. The rates for adding months with months off is awesome and something I took advantage of--it's worth the savings! (however, I wish they'd offer a year sign-up rate with savings, too...) Overall: 5 star rating!!
