  • I went in and was next in line for my haircut. A worker left to get money from the bank leaving just one worker left. This meant my turn would have to wait on one worker. A lady also came in while I was waiting to return product based on the deal that if you try it and don't like it you can take it back. They couldn't help her out and couldn't get a hold of the manager. She left unresolved for the most part. After a half hour of waiting there were now 5 people in line and one worker. By the time it was my turn I asked to prepurchase one of their 9.99 haircut cards and load it so I could use one today and then more in the future. They wouldn't let me use one of the haircuts same day. I said well since I took off work and wasted 35 min of my time can you help me out? Nope, the manager isn't here. With seeing multiple problems at an 11am time period I would hate to see what happens when they are busy. I'd avoid this place. I left without even getting a haircut and wasted 35 minutes of my time.
