  • I have come to Caribou Coffee numerous times and I've always had a great experience. The employees that work here, and the food, are all amazing and I sincerely enjoy myself. I did, however, want to write a review in regards to a guest interaction my friends and I just witnessed. A girl named Gabby was working the drive-through window and a guest asked for a blueberry bagel; the guest was immediately upset because the last time she came there were no more blueberry bagels to be had, and this time the blueberry bagels had just come out of the oven and could not be toasted! The horror! This guest demanded to speak with manager, who again explained the situation. Throughout this entire conversation both Gabby and the manager -I believe his name is Angel?- were courteous and the guest was more and more condescending, demanding to speak with other people. She was incredibly rude, and my friend and I were amazed to witness it. ...this happened over fresh blueberry bagels. I wanted to send a quick shout out to this place, and these two employees-- not everyone who visits your place of business is a jerk!
