Overcharged my girlfriend $60 for "TPMS initialization" during a tire installation on a new 2016 TLX. George and the service tech admitted the charge was "in error" but tried to reimburse with a gift card. When pressed they did issue a refund, but this sure didn't feel like an "error."
Service department is grungy, like an old GM dealership. Stands in stark contrast to Acura Sherway, which somehow has lower service prices despite the much nicer and newer facilities.
Staff were all very nice. They misbooked the appointment for the following month, but still managed to fit it in; shuttle dropoff and pickup service was great despite bad winter weather.
Still, just can't abide the attempted ripoff.
