  • I live in a small, safe, close-knit neighborhood on the border of Gilbert and Chandler. I was supposed to receive a package last week, which Ontrac marked as "delivered". I am home everyday due to maternity leave and my doorbell never rang when the package was delivered. I contacted the sender nearly a week later, who re-sent the package and notified Ontrac of the incident. I never accused the driver once of misplacing my package, just reported that I was not received. The driver took it upon himself to come to my house and harass me for 5-10 minutes about the volume of packages I receive on a weekly basis and how he is certain he delivered the package, but that he never rings the doorbell when he does. He also wanted to comment on the fact that I keep my property gate locked and tried to link my missing package to my own negligence. Seriously, Ontrac. If your driver comes to my house to harass me again, I will be calling the police. I have better things to do than sit outside and argue with your employees about where my packages are.
