A tradition for a friend and I whenever we both in Vegas, we have Sunday brunch at the Border Grill. Endless small plates of yummy food. We spend a couple of hours doing this, which is heavily lubricated with endless mimosas that come in a variety of flavors. We love it.
Some changes this time. There's a new serve-yourself station that has a few items and where they'll make you a salad. They seemed to have reworked their recipes a touch with the flavors being sharped some. The poblano sauces really stood out well this time. They're always changing their menu, and I was very unhappy to see the biscuits and gravy go. That was a standard favorite of mine. They've also reduced the individual serving size which I think is smart. I can sample more items this way. And if you want more, you can ask for it. Plus, if you have a large table, they'll send several servings of a dish on a larger plate so everyone can take as much as they like.
