Normally I have had a great experience at the drive thru at this location. The people that work there have been super nice. And even given complimentary things if anything goes wrong.
I come to Starbucks because of their customer service. That is what they known for.
But the guy who is working at the drive thru counter today was super rude! He didn't even let me finish me completing my order and I kept waiting from him to respond thru the speaker. When I didn't hear him I pulled up to the window. And I saw him there and told him I wasn't finished with my order. And he basically rudely told me I was too slow in ordering and he wasn't around waiting anymore. This is terrible customer service!!
But never the less I finished ordering my drink. And he asked me if I wanted whip cream on my drink. And I said no I didn't. So then again he rudely told me that next time I need to specify if I want it or not!
I am not sure who this guy is. But I have been ordering at Starbucks longer than he has been working there, I am sure of it!
Not only was he totally rude, but yes I forgot to specify whip cream, but that has never been a problem before as I m usually asked if I want it or not. And some drinks have whip cream and some don't. So depending on what I am ordering it can be implied no whip cream. But that is besides the point, the fact that he had to ask me that should not be such a big deal. But he was rude about the whole process and never apologized for it.
He is trying to tell someone that gets a Starbucks drink pretty much 5-6 times a week for the last 11 years how to order a drink.
I think he needs to learn customer service before working at Starbucks.
