| - As far as gym facilities go, it's a strong 4 stars.
Pros:
-Plenty of advanced equipment like the hammer strength series that allow you to pile free weights on the side and work a full range of angles; back, chest (decline, incline, chest press) shoulders, military press, etc
-Plenty of cardio machines and ab machines upstairs
-Clean locker rooms
-Excellent pool, large jacuzzi, steam and sauna
-Perfect location, less than a mile from my house
-Open 24 hours/365
-Free lockers (must provide your own lock)
Cons:
-It gets busy starting at 7am all the way til 9pm and it's just an absolute madhouse during the hours of 4pm and 8pm. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid...unless you like waiting for a bench to open up while your muscles go stiff. I don't.
Overall:
You can get as good a workout here as anywhere...in 6 years in Las Vegas, I've had memberships at planet fitness, 24 hour fitness, and anytime fitness...this one has been my favorite.
I saw some reviews where people said the women at the front had attitudes...hasn't been my experience. You hand them your card, they scan it and you go on to your workout, not sure what else you expect them to do.
I would recommend this place only if you feel you can avoid working out at peak times.
