  • Amazing office. It's very central (just off Queen) and the doctors on staff are terrific. No matter who I get, I've never felt rushed out the door. Their records are electronic and always accessible, regardless of which doctor you get. That being said - I agree with reception complaints: phones rarely get answered (I find I have more success using their general contact email) and voicemail is generally full. I've never received a call back for any of the messages I have left. Friendly isn't their game either - however, the clinic is stellar and reception becomes a minor issue.
