DO NOT SHOP AT ZALES!!!!!
Zales' customer service and "corporate policy" does not allow you to return a purchase with a receipt. You must have the exact credit card it was purchased with.
My husband bought me a Christmas gift. It was a pair of earrings that were identical to a pair I already had. I found the receipt and tried to return the earrings (only two days after the original purchase without telling my husband so he would not be disappointed. The store would not allow me to return the earrings even with the receipt. They claim it is corporate policy. Now I must take my husbands credit card without telling him or I must tell my husband that I need to return the gift. So very disappointing!
I will never shop a Zales again!
I would give it zero stars if it were an option.
