  • Do you like walking in to your own scene of the walking dead? Look no more.. I have found you real life zombies!!! How can you have a line at that drive thru that wraps around all the way past the bank and one barista on the bar by themselves? I don't know why I keep giving this Starbucks a chance. Aside from their beautiful remodel which is only reason they got two stars.. I really feel as if they lack personality and enthusiasm. Like hello! You work with coffee how about you drink some and wake up! They all looked like they didn't want to be there and I have never seen anyone move that slow. The lady without the name tag working the register inside was kind of the cherry on top of another bad experience here. Not only was she taking her sweet precious time she seemed to get a bad attitude right off the bat when I started to rush ordering as being late to work is not an option. Maybe this store is just understaffed or unorganized.. But that doesn't excuse the lack of customer service skills. I miss the old staff! They always went above and beyond to make your experience top notch! Even if it was just knowing your name because they see you everyday! I'm done with this location and how slow they are.
