  • Sorry, but waiting 5 minutes while the woman at the front desk flirts with some man to get checked in and ready? Not my cup of tea ... and she didn't even offer me a cup of tea (or wine ... after being that annoyed, I'd probably need the wine!) They need to realize she's the first impression of the place. Deal with your customers first, then your personal life.
