  • I never thought I would ever have to give a bad rating to any Starbucks. I have visited many stores in many parts of the country. My experience at this location today was so bad, I would have to say it was the worse service and I will never visit again. There were 4 or 5 people working , 9 cars in the drivethru and 2 people inside. It took me 12 minutes to get one cup of plain coffee and one cup of water when I went inside. No Starbucks drive-thru has that many cars sitting there and NOT MOVING. Perhaps there was a reason the cashier couldn't pour plain coffee and water instead of having a customer wait this long for the specialty drinks from the baristas ?
