  • Their quote was close to double what I got from other companies quoting the same windows. They know their quotes are high, so they won't put them in writing until you commit so that you don't shop the quote around, which would be easy because the quotes are so high. I offered him half of what he quoted and he said, "If I can get you that price, will you commit to it right now?" which irritated me to the point where I wanted to tell him to get the hell out. This company is only interested in gouging retirees for $900 a window. Avoid them.
