  • I called three companies who were used by friends of mine. I researched them on line and the better business bureau. Elite had the best pricing. My sales rep Alan came out to explain the product and their services. He was very professional and there were no surprises from the price quoted via e-mail to the one he provided when he came out. He gave me a time and date for the install and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. They laid carpet mats throughout the area of the house where they would be walking through with product. Upon completion they vacuumed any are that got dirty, including the attic area. They tested both the new furnace and ac along with checking the temps of all the vents. I must say the crew, sales and company is one of the most professional I have dealt with. I would highly recommend them. Bernie P
