  • You know I don't mind paying for convenience, but I don't like being ripped off. I don't like places that overpromise and underdeliver. I was promised five dollars on a future purchase for signing up and never for got it. To add insult injury before Christmas I purchased gift card and was promised five dollars and never received it. When I went back to the store last week the person who sold me the gift card you had to call his manager, because he didn't know how to ring it up on the cash register remembered me, but of course, couldn't help me and said he was sorry. I'm sorry I ever shopped there in the first place. Even after calling and unsubscribing I still can't get them to stop sending me emails. Back to Amazon I go and wait for GNC to go out of business like other crappy brick-and-mortar stores. I pay the extra price at brick-and-mortar stores because I like to know people have a job, but when they rip me off and don't appreciate my business, they have no business being in business.
