Poor customer service for an urgent care. Took a visit to this location on a Saturday evening due to my cough I've had for a week. I was miserable, sick, and needed some meds. The front staff wasn't the friendliest or helpful. They were pretty rude, something you shouldn't expect from a medical facility being that people who come in aren't always feeling the greatest. It took almost an hour and a half to be seen. The waiting room got full to the point that some had to stand. There was no doctor at this location just PAs.
A guy brung me in to take my vitals and asked what was wrong and then told me to go back in the waiting room to wait for a room. Another 20 min rolls by and another guy brings me back to the room and says someone will be by. The PA comes in and quickly checks me. He was prompt and said was going to check my strep results and return to explain to me my diagnosis but he didn't come back. Instead he just prescribed me antibiotics and a technician or assistant told me about my medications. I had questions that the assistant didn't really know the answers to as he just kept repeating the medicine will help.
I asked the front staff if I was cleared to go and they said I needed to wait for my discharge papers. I waited and waited and even asked them how much longer and they said they are waiting still. Then finally the lady at the front calls me. I was annoyed at this point because the paper I needed was sitting there the whole time. She looked shocked that it was me who needed those papers there in front of her when I was the one who asked her how much longer. It's because she was too busy chatting along with her coworkers instead of doing her job that she didn't know anything!
