  • I've been here several times and it's always been a good experience. I love the building Samba is in. The interior is very nice and pretty luxe for Madison. I enjoy the food, though I'm usually not a big fan of all you can eat. I know that's typically how Brazilian steakhouses work though. You can also make a filling meal out of the salad bar, which contains nuts, cheeses, beans, mashed potatoes and the more typical vegetables. I've never had a problem with the quality of the meat, though I'm not a big meat eater in general. I like the grilled pineapple or the figs from the salad bar as a light dessert option. They also have quite a few options for drinks. Service has always been reliable. I think the price is fair considering the quantity. They sometimes have specials, like on Sundays.
