It is clear this hotel is operating on a shoe string budget. The room furnishings are worn and appear cheap. The room phone did not work. Small bathrooms with minimal counter space. Only two towels. No dresser drawers. Merely cubbies with baskets. The breakfast was $12 with only minimal items. We had to switch rooms due to no water flow out of the faucet. The first option was to move to a room with no heat. The next room was similar to the first. I found mold in the shower and dirty fingerprints on the wall. Hot water is only warm and takes a long time to get to the upper floor. Outside of the lobby, the hotel generally appears dirty and dated. No bell service. The staff was nice and accommodating, and the bed was comfortable at least. There are far nicer hotels for similar or less cost available in the area. I will never stay here again and I will avoid affiliated 4-Point hotels wherever I travel.
